I Had A bAd dAy

My tools just hang up  while I was in the middle of my call and it was so frustrating. Had to press on the mute button and gave a string of curses. Its been like this for like 3 days now and its not good, now we have to deal with messed up tools and irate callers. So on the floor right now, there are IRATE agents and it has become a trend. Poor US!

Then there's one more thing that just made my day really really bad. We had this stupid contest for two weeks, each newbie had to paired with another newbie and each pair has to achieve the lowest AHT (Average Handling Time) for two weeks. The pair with the highest AHT will buy two boxes of large pizza for the team, it just so happened that my partner and I were supposed to be the ones with the highest AHT. And my partner really oppossed to that, he took the time to really compute all our AHT and he said its not us. But what can we do our Team Lead says it us, but personally I dont think its fair. I know for a fact that some of the newbies actually released some of the calls just to have a lower AHT and they dont give out all the options for the customer. Its just not right, we on the other hand we're doing everything by the book and look where it got us. Just frustrating!!!!!

 I'm not a whiner and I dont give a shit about buying the pizza its just the sense behind all of it that I didnt like nor do I understand. Whatever!!!! And tonight when I go to work, we'll have to buy the pizza and I really hope bad as this may seem that they'll get bloated!
