I was just watching some local Chinese TV and I saw a couple of commercials for diet pills.  They were targeting girls saying that these pills would make them lose about 12 kg in about 20 days.  They advertise these kinds of things all over the world but I didn't really expect it so much in China.  I hope these companies are not successful.  These diet pills are terrible for the body and won't work that well anyway.  Healthy diet and exercise are always the best, but unfortunately there are so many lazy people looking for a "quick fix" solution.  What do you think of these kinds of pills?

Though many TV showing the medicines for lose weight in China,but  people seldom to buy ,as one old saying:the good wine brewing in the remote place!

That's means good things should be known even no promotion of the manufacturer.

Nothing in life come easy! Pills to loose weight? not likely, but if it did work its a short term fix. I don't like the word diet, its more life style changes. Remove sugar and high fat everything from your meals is very difficult so I suggest people should do whats right for them what you put in you have to take out so you eat you should do a little exercise or portion your meals and drink lots of water.

Advertisers are there to make money they don't care about your health.

I am so regrettable to see this campigns spreed all over the world . believe me , any thing with terrific and qiuck fix certainly has a terrible side affects so be nautural  and avoid  chemicals as much as you can .remeber nothing came in over night . work hard .
