Clearly you recognize the West side of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel since you acknowledge that the world is right to recognize the West side as the Israeli capital.
I think that recognition of the East side also is Trump recognizing that there doesn’t have to be a “future Palestine” if Palestine won’t make peace.
It’s Palestine’s choice, they won’t get it all back unless Israel folds on it’s own weaknesses.
If you are ok with West Palestine being the official capital of Israel, which you’ll also have to recognize, then your words would be true.
