Go Super to Listen Go Super!

Did you grow up listening to tapes, records, or CDs? Or have you always had digital music on an iPod or MP3 player? Over the years, there have been many different ways to listen to music. However, the idea of creating a musical album works with all of these different styles of listening. The average album usually has eight to fifteen tracks on it. In other words, it has eight to fifteen songs.

Sometimes, the word track can be confusing. For most listeners, it just means a song on an album. But for musical artists, it can also mean the different parts of a song in a recording. For example, many songs have a vocal track, a guitar track, and a drum track. Both meanings are correct! Recently, Chance the Rapper recorded some tracks with actor and musician Childish Gambino. These tracks might become one song or many songs on an album.

What is your favorite musical album? Which track on that album do you like most?
