John

Steph:  You know they’re making a remake of that movie, Can’t Buy Me Love?

John:  Oh. Was that the one with Patrick Dempsey in it?

Steph:  Yeah, yeah, that was his name. It was really funny. He did that little dance?

John:  The African Tribal Dance[/def]?

Steph:  Yeah. Yeah. Totally. Yeah, they made a remake of it. It’s called Love Don’t Cost a Thing.

John:  Oh wow. Is it already out in the theatre?

Steph:  Yeah. It came out, um, a few months ago. Um, it’s supposed to be pretty good. Ya know, it’s just kind of a silly remake. So, I mean, it’s exactly like the original, kinda thing. But they put it in a different urban environment and put some different slang words. Like, they used some Ebonics in it.

John:  Oh, really? Is there anyone famous in the movie?

Steph:  Not really.

Discussion

That’s right, love shouldn’t cost you a thing, right? Sometimes, love might cost you dinner or something. Otherwise, it’s pretty much free.
But not for the main character of this movie. For him, it costs quite a bit!
The movie might set you back a couple of bucks, but it should be very entertaining!
Hope you like it!
