The ‘Campofrio Food Group Deutschland GmbH’ warns about consuming their sort of ham called ‘Aoste Kernschinken 80g’ which they delivered to multiple federal states of Germany. Some may contain salmonella.
Warnings other than that concern eggs produced by ‘Eifrisch Vermarktung GmbH & Co. KG’ – as they may contain salmonella, too -, the sweets ‘HACHEZ Fondantsterne, Inhalt 100g’ – as they may contain mold -, San Fabio cherries in dark chocolate – as they accidentally added hazelnuts without mentioning it – and gingerbread produced by ‘Henry Lambertz GmbH & Co. KG’ – which may contain small particles of plastic.

>The German newspaper ‘Merkur’ says that ‘IKEA’ now warns about their sweets ‘Godis Paskkykling’ (which contain gelatine from pigs so I want to post these news here) as a dead mouse was found by a customer in one bag of these. As it turned out the dead animal must have gotten into the machine that made these sweets and thus was treated by the robot like any other ingredient. As they still investigate whether or not this means that the factory producing these sweets has a nmouse plague ‘IKEA’ suggests that all ‘Godis Paskkykling’ bags with a best before date between Oct. 23rd 2018 and January 26th 2019 shouldn’t be opened.
>Interestingly enough this week a dead mouse was also found by a customer in a bag of rice sold by ‘LIDL’.
Thanks goodness I give my best to avoid both sugary products and rice both of which often were produced by working children in developing countries.

>‘Agrarheute’ says that the German company Gillig & Keller now presented their new stable for pigs this week. This stable is called ‘ProMove’ and is meant for sows that are about to give birth to their babies. There the sow and the piglets are going to stay as Long as the piglets still are nursed. The Advantage of this stable is that it’s bigger than most stables for sows and also makes interaction between the sow and the Little ones easier.
>‘Agrarheute’ says that in a feed-lot they discovered the carcasses of 2.000 pigs. Due to hygienic reasons the – in some cases already decaying – carcasses had to be removed immediately. However the owner of the feed-lot where these animals have died refuses to pay as he wouldn’t have minded all these carcasses lying around. He only ordered their removal, because they forced him to do so after an inspection.
